I've spent nearly three decades building, training, and leading sourcing teams at organizations from startups to Fortune 500s. I wrote the book on this - literally. Three books, actually. How long does it take?

Most people finish in 15 minutes. There's 140 questions but most are multiple choice.  
 There's no timer, so take what you need.

How do I access the assessment?

This assessment is FREE to anyone, but we do require that you register as a user and log in. 

Suitable for smartphones and tablets, and any internet connected device, though we highly recommend using a PC, laptop, or notebook. Please always ensure you are using the latest browser version, as older versions may no longer be supported, and that you have a reliable internet connection.

What if I don't know the answer?

Please answer to the best of your abilities, and with your current knowledge. 

You are encouraged to not look questions up online, as the purpose of this assessment is to avoid making inferences on your knowledge and pinpoint the top development areas where you should focus. 

Will I see my results immediately?

Yes.

You'll get your competency breakdown as soon as you complete the assessment, along with personalized recommendations for where to focus.

Can I save my progress and come back later?

Your progress is saved for 14 days.

The reason we require that you create an account and log in is so that, if interrupted, we are able to save your place so you may continue and complete your diagnostic later. Your answers will be saved for 14 days. After that, they will reset.
