How Long Will This Take?

Most teams find their groove in 8-12 weeks with our structured rollout. To see TSI fully baked into your daily workflows, plan for about 3–6 months. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. We'll provide sneakers.

Can we train sourcers and recruiters together?

Absolutely. Whether they are specialized sourcers, full-cycle recruiters, or complete rookies, the curriculum scales. With the addition of our self-paced skills gap analysis and diagnostic, you can even customize learning paths so nobody is stuck learning things they already mastered.

What if our team has mixed skill levels?

Perfect. We built this for the whole spectrum from the "just started yesterday" coordinator to the "seen it all" TA Leader. Everyone finds something that levels up their game. 

What's included in the Team Manager or Admin Seat?

Do we get discounts if we add seats mid-year?

Heck no! (Points for honesty, right?) Since our curriculum is asynchronous, your "year" starts the moment you enroll. No math-induced headaches required. 

What’s the difference between Private Team Q&A and Office Hours?

Office Hours: A digital town square open to all members.

Can we get custom training for our specific needs?

If you're in the Business or Enterprise tiers, yes, we build custom curriculum. The Team tier focuses on the core (but still awesome) TSI curriculum. We have fresh new content in our Masterclass each month, and there's always plenty of discussion going on about what's hot and what's not.

What happens if a team member leaves?

Don't sweat the turnover. Seats are transferable. If someone moves on, you can reassign their seat to a new hire at no extra cost.

Can we pause our subscription?

It’s an annual commitment, but we’re human. If you hit a hiring freeze or a major reorg, we can chat about a pause (it just extends your contract end date).
