Can we add more seats later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Partner (2-3 seats) to Team (4-50 seats) at any time with self-checkout. We'll prorate your investment.

Do all team members need to complete the training at once?

No. Training is self-paced. Team members can complete modules on their own schedule. We recommend a structured rollout over 4-8 weeks for best resu

What if we already use specific tools or have our own workflows?

Perfect. TSI University training is tool-agnostic and workflow-flexible. We teach principles and frameworks that integrate with whatever tech stack you're using.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes. Partner tier is an annual commitment. We've found that sustainable skill development requires at least 6-12 months of practice and application.
