I honestly believe that this book needs to be in your library if you are a Sourcer OR a recruiter. Having been in the game for many many years this book gave me wonderful new hints, tips, and sources that I did not know. Shally is an honest writer and a great educator. The book gives you more than just Boolean strings. It gives you a path to help you become and stay successful.

This is a comprehensive reference guide for sourcing that is long overdue. Shally is a sourcing expert and this book covers every area of internet sourcing available today. He begins with a Sourcing Primer and continues for seventeen chapters to coach you through every aspect of the search and hire process. Chapter 16 is about Personal Work Habits and he ends the book with a chapter on the future of recruiting. This book is for anyone who is responsible for candidate research, sourcing and placement, including H R professionals and executive search/third party consultants. I use it every day!
